We are so confident in the quality and durability of our products, and the feedback we are receiving from our customers, that we stand behind them 100% with our simple promise of satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item. Any returns or exchanges must be in their original packaging and in new (free of washing and altering), unused, and shelf-ready condition, and must be returned within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to you for a refund or exchange.
Exceptions to this return policy include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sale items, discounted items, custom orders, and special orders are not returnable
- Shipping fees are not refundable
- Merchandise which is not returned in accordance to these conditions will be returned to the customer

To return or exchange your purchase, contact customer service by emailing [email protected] Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm PST for the return shipping address. Include a small, detailed note in the package with directions for the return and/or exchange, as well as a copy of your original receipt.
We recommend purchasing insurance on your return shipment and obtaining a tracking number. BottleCloth will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are your expense. We are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error.
